J Brock Adams Named Regional Sales Manager at Arcitell
Arcitell LLC, a world leader in high-end composite building materials, proudly announces the appointment of J. Brock Adams to Regional Sales Manager for the company’s flagship Qora Cladding brand, a dynamic, patented fiber-reinforced polymer siding panel that replicates the look and feel of stone, brick, and wood.
Adams brings a balanced and broad mix of experience to the position--as a homebuilder, in sales with the Fastenal Company, and in Operations at Arcitell. Adams joined Arcitell in 2018 as Production Supervisor at the Qora manufacturing facility in Hagerstown, MD. Following the Company’s relocation to Sugarcreek, OH later that year, he was promoted to Production Manager, and in 2021 was named Plant Manager. In 2022 Adams was promoted to his most recent role as Product and Installation Manager.
“Brock brings a unique and exciting set of skills and talents to this new role,” says Brian Martin, vice president of sales and marketing for Arcitell. “His plant management experience coupled with real-world home building gives Brock a unique insight into how we as a business can continue to fine-tune and improve our product offerings, our manufacturing processes, our quality standards, and help identify new markets of opportunity for us to pursue.”
In this new role, Adams will be focused on cultivating and expanding key customer relationships, opening doors to key remodelers and home improvement contractors, leveraging his installation expertise to support and troubleshoot field installations, building market trust through “voice of customer” activities, and helping build the Qora brand’s reputation in the marketplace. “Brock has a tremendous and proven work ethic, and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with him on a daily basis growing our business,” adds Martin.
